Natural juices plus our special seasoning are sealed inside due to our exclusive marinating and cooking techniques. Every chicken is marinated overnight before cooking, and all our menu items are prepared fresh from scratch each day. Our original marinate recipe was specifically designed to enhance the natural flavors of the chicken, not to smother the chicken with sauces or spices.
